A: You may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or 100% refund. Please notify us by phone or email before the return.
Products must be in their original packaging; In the case of jewellery, in unworn condition.
If a product has been opened, or not in its original packaging, unfortunately we will not be able to replace it.
Return shipping cost are customer’s responsibility.
